Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with minimum 1 year of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across various platforms. You will bridge the gap between high-level creative concepts and technical execution, ensuring all visual assets are polished, on-brand and delivered on schedule.
The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio that demonstrates a mastery of layout, typography and color theory, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Visual Storytelling: Design high-quality assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, email templates, website banners, pitch decks and marketing collateral.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our brand identity, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts and translate strategic goals into compelling visuals.

Production Management: Prepare print-ready files and optimize digital assets for various web specifications.

Iterative Design: Take feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to reach the best possible solution.

Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, tools and best practices to keep our visual output fresh and competitive.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).

Software Mastery: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles, medium-specific technical skills, and creative problem-solving.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a high level of self-motivation, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
