Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience to join our growing advertising agency. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the agency’s overall growth.
You will act as a bridge between prospective clients and the agency’s creative and strategic teams, ensuring client needs are clearly understood and translated into effective marketing solutions. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the agency’s services.

• Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals and industry events.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand client goals and recommend suitable advertising and marketing solutions.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and pitch decks in collaboration with internal teams.

• Coordinate with creative, strategy and account teams to ensure smooth handover and execution.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts and timelines to successfully close deals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and client communications.

• Track sales performance and work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience.

• Age: Below 30.
